1. How do I book a tour with Wise Travel Africa?
Booking is simple. You can book directly on our website through each package page, contact us on WhatsApp, or email us at info@wisetravelafrica.com. Once you reach out, our team will guide you through the booking steps and confirm your itinerary with secure payment options.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online system, as well as bank transfers in both USD and Tanzanian Shillings. Mobile money payments are available for guests within East Africa, and PayPal can be arranged upon request. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance typically due before your arrival.
3. Can I customize my itinerary?
Yes, all our trips can be customized to match your interests, budget, travel dates, and group size. Whether you want a romantic escape, an adventurous safari, or a cultural immersion, we’ll design a tailor-made experience that suits you perfectly.
4. Do I need a visa to travel to Tanzania or Zanzibar?
Most international travelers need a visa to enter Tanzania. You can apply for an eVisa online or obtain one on arrival at most airports and border crossings. We recommend checking visa requirements based on your nationality before you travel.
5. What is included in the tour packages?
Our tour packages typically include airport transfers, accommodation, guided tours, national park entry fees, transportation, and meals as stated in your itinerary. Unless specified otherwise, international flights, visas, personal expenses, and travel insurance are not included.
6. Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not mandatory but is highly recommended. It should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and lost baggage. While we don’t offer insurance directly, we can help you understand what type of coverage is needed.
7. When is the best time to visit Tanzania?
The best time to go on safari in the Serengeti or Ngorongoro is during the dry season, from June to October. For Kilimanjaro trekking, the best months are January through March and June through October. Zanzibar is a year-round beach destination, though June through February is ideal for sunny, dry weather.
8. Are your tours family-friendly?
Yes, we welcome families and design safe, age-appropriate experiences for travelers of all ages. Let us know the ages of your children so we can tailor your itinerary with family-friendly accommodations and activities.
