This Sale and Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Wise Travel Africa, a comprehensive travel platform based in Tanzania. Our offerings include hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, transport services, guided tours, curated travel experiences, and other travel-related services.
- Bookings and Payments
A minimum 30% deposit is required to secure most bookings. Some third-party services may require full upfront payment, as specified during checkout.
Final payment must be completed 14 days prior to service date unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, M-Pesa, bank transfers, and PayPal.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- a) General Policy
30+ days prior to service: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
15–29 days prior: 50% refund.
14 days or less: No refund available unless otherwise noted.
- b) Hotels, Flights, and Third-Party Services
These may be subject to specific partner policies, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Non-refundable or partially refundable services will be clearly marked.
- c) No Shows
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, services, or reservations.
- d) Operator or Platform Cancellations
In the event Wise Travel Africa or our partners cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
- Modifications
Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before service date.
Some changes may incur fees, depending on the service provider’s policy.
- Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Transaction and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
